Using Elements: Saved Accommodations

In Lato, elements saved in the Library allow you to reuse saved accommodations across multiple trips. This guide explains how to use accommodation elements when building a trip, so you can add trusted content quickly, keep itineraries consistent, and reduce repetitive work when planning travel proposals.

How To use Saved Accommodations in Your Trip

  1. Go to Trips

  2. Select a trip

  3. Open the Itinerary section

  4. Navigate to the Board or Day by day tab

  5. Add or open an accommodation

  6. Start typing the title of your saved element, and a list of matching elements will appear

  7. Click on the element you would like to insert

  8. Make any changes you need in the element details

  9. Save your trip

Note!

The language of the imported element has to be the exact same language as the trip you are importing it to.
