Accessing Documents in the Lato Travel App

In the Lato travel app, you can easily access all your trip documents — including itineraries, tickets, vouchers, and attachments — directly from your itinerary view. This article explains where to find your documents, how to open and download them, and tips for managing multiple file types so your essential travel files are always at your fingertips.

How to Access the Documents

Open the trip proposal
In the navigation bar, click on “More”
Choose “Documents”
Select the document you would like to access

Possible Causes for not Being Able to Access Your Documents

Your travel professional has not added any documents to your trip.
Your travel professional has restricted your access to viewing documents based on the current status of your trip.

At the top of the documents list, you have buttons to separate the documents by category.
