Adding the Lato Travel App to Your Phone’s Home Screen
You can quickly add the Lato travel app to your phone’s home screen on both iPhone and Android devices, creating a shortcut for fast, one-tap access to your itineraries and trip details. This article provides step-by-step instructions for iOS and Android so you can save the app icon to your home screen — just like a native mobile app.

Adding Your Trip to Your iPhone Home Screen
Open the Travel App Link
- Go to the travel app link you received using any browser.
Open the Share Menu
- Once the page has loaded, tap the Share icon. It typically looks like a square with an upward-pointing arrow and is usually located at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Add to Home Screen”
- In the Share menu, scroll through the options and tap on Add to Home Screen.
Edit the Name (Optional)
- A pop-up window will appear where you can edit the name of the web link as it will appear on your home screen. Enter a short, descriptive name for the web page here.
Add the Shortcut
- Tap Add in the top-right corner of the pop-up window.
Verify the Addition
- Return to your home screen, and you should see the new icon for the web page. You can now tap this icon to quickly access the travel app.

Open the travel app link
