Viewing Points of Interest (POIs) in the Lato Travel App

In the Lato travel app, you can easily view points of interest (POIs) that are part of your trip itinerary. Points of interest include recommended sites, attractions, landmarks, and activities added by travel planners. This explains where POIs appear in your itinerary and how travellers can explore their details.

How to View the POIs on Your Map

1. Open the trip proposal

2. In the navigation bar, click on “Map”

3. If there are any POIs, you can toggle their visibility using the controls at the top of the map

Possible Causes for Not Seeing Any POIs

• Your travel professional has not added any activities to your trip, and has not included any POIs in the area of your trip.

• Your travel professional has restricted your access to viewing POIs based on the current status of your trip.

• Your travel professional has not translated the POIs into the language where your travel app is set in.
