What distance units are available?
Your travel app displays distances in either kilometres (km) or miles (mi). You can easily switch between these units at any time to match your preference.
What's shown by default?
The app automatically chooses your distance unit based on your browser's language setting:
Miles are shown by default if your browser is set to English (US), English (UK), English (Liberia), or Burmese. Kilometres are shown by default for all other languages.
Don't worry if the default isn't quite right for you, you can change it in just a few taps!
How to change your distance unit
- Tap the “More” button in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Look for the option that shows "Kilometres / Miles"
- Select your preferred unit.
- The change will be saved automatically.
- Your distance unit preference is saved, so you won't need to change it every time you use the app. The setting will remain the same across all your trips and sessions.
