Adding Images to Your Trip

In Lato, you can add images to your trip to include photos, destination visuals, accommodation images, and other media that bring your itinerary to life. Adding images to your trip helps you create engaging, professional travel plans that are easier for clients to visualise. This guide explains how to upload images, insert them into your itinerary, and manage your media within the trip editor.

Adding Photos or Videos to Your Travel Proposal

1. Open the “Itinerary” section of your trip

2. Go to the “Board” or “Day by day” tabs

3. Select a day

4. Add or open an activity, transportation or accommodation

5. Open the “Images” tab and click on “Image”

3 Options to Upload Pictures & Videos

• Suggested images: These are from the online libraries Unsplash and Pexels, just search for the images & videos you would like to add

• Saved images: Your saved images in Lato, refer to this guide on how to use saved images in Lato

• Upload image: Upload any image or video from your files or image URL

Select all the images & videos you would like to add and click on “Add X image(s)”

Setting an Image for Your Trip Day

1. Inside the “Board” or “Day by day” tabs, select a day

2. Click on the image icon to the left

3. Choose any image you prefer using one of the 3 methods above

Setting a Cover Image for Your Trip

1. Inside the “Board” or “Day by day” tabs, select a day

2. If you want this trip day picture to be the main image for your trip, click on the checkbox “Main image”
