Using Elements: Saved Images
In Lato, image elements let you save and reuse photos — such as hotel pictures, destination shots, or activity visuals — across multiple trips and itineraries. This guide explains how to use saved image elements from your Library when building a trip, helping you add consistent, engaging visuals quickly and streamline your travel planning process.
How To Save Images

Go to Library > Images
- Click on New Image
- Select Upload Image
- Insert a URL or select a File you want to upload
- Click on “+Add images”

Go to Trips
- Open the Itinerary section
- Select the Board or Day by Day tab
- Open the element you want to save the image of
- Click on Images
- Select one, or more than one image
- Click on the green Save to Library button
How To Use Saved Images

Go to Trips

Select a trip and open the “Itinerary” tab

Go to the “Board” or “Day by day” step

Navigate to an element and go to “Images”

Click on the “Image” button and select the “Saved images” option

Search and select the image(s) you want to use

Click on the “Add x image(s)” button at the bottom

Save your trip
