Accessing documents

If your travel professional has added documents to your trip, then you can view them all within the travel app.

   

To access the documents:

  1. In the navigation bar, click on "More". (indicated by 3 vertical dots)
  2. Click "Documents".
  3. Click on the document you would like to access.

     

Possible causes for not being able to access your documents:

  • Your travel professional did not add any documents to your trip.
  • Your travel professional has restricted access to viewing documents based on the current status of your trip.
