What do The Trip Statuses Mean in Lato?
In Lato, trip statuses help you understand where a trip is in its lifecycle — from creation to completion. Status labels like Quote, Approved, Booked, and Cancelled affect what actions you can take, who can see the trip, and how it behaves in workflows and sharing. This guide explains each status, when you might use it, and how changing a trip’s status impacts your itinerary and team access.

Quote: your trip has yet to be approved by your client inside the travel app 📑
