Is Lato For B2C or B2B?

Lato is designed to support both B2C and B2B travel workflows, depending on how you operate your business and which plan you choose.

B2C (Business-to-Consumer)

  • In B2C mode, you use Lato to create itineraries and share them directly with travellers. This means you’re selling your travel planning or travel products straight to the end customer. This is the default mode on Lato and is available on all plans.

B2B (Business-to-Business)

  • If you're working as a tour operator, DMC, or local agent, Lato also allows you to send your travel proposals to other travel professionals, such as travel agencies or resellers. This B2B-selling option requires the Pro plan, as it includes features made for professional-to-professional collaboration, branding, and distribution.

In Short

  • B2C: Sell your trips directly to travellers (available on all plans).
  • B2B: Send your proposals to another travel professional for resale or collaboration (requires the Pro plan).
