Using our built-in chat to communicate with your travelers

Lato has a build in chat, that let's you chat with your travellers via our system.

To send a message to your travellers:

1. Go to "Chats".
2. Search for the trip you would like to use the chat for.
3. Type your message and press send.
4. Your travelers will receive notifications within the travel app when a message is received.
