You can create a PDF that suits your travellers’ needs with three simple presets and easy customisation options.
To Customise the Content of All Trip PDFs:
- Go to Brand Settings > PDF Settings
- Select one of the presets: Full Report, Essential, or Itinerary
- Fine-tune by (un)ticking items
- Decide whether you want to show a QR code (Intro), activity bullets (Overview), images (Detailed Itinerary) and whether you want to start each trip day on a new page (Detailed Itinerary).
- Reorder items by dragging them up or down
- Click “Reset to Default” to reset the selection and order back to the chosen preset’s original layout
To Customise the Content for the PDF of a Specific Trip:
- Go to Trips and select the trip for which you want to customise the PDF
- Go to Settings > “PDF Export”
- Select one of the presets: Full Report, Essential, or Itinerary
- Fine-tune by (un)ticking items
- Reorder items by dragging them up or down
- Click “Reset to Default” to reset the selection and order back to the chosen preset’s original layout
PDF Customisation Options
Intro section
- QR code: Choose whether to include a QR code for quick access to the trip in the travel app.
Overview section
- Activity bullets: Choose whether to show activities as bullet points.
Detailed Itinerary section
- Images: Choose whether to add photos.
- Page breaks: Choose whether to start each trip day on a new page.
