How to use the Insights feature?

Working with statistics and insights

Discover how your travel business is performing with our powerful analytics dashboard. As an administrator, you can access detailed insights about your revenue, bookings, and customer activity. The insights dashboard helps you understand your business better, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth.

Getting started

Navigate to Settings > Insights to open your analytics dashboard. You'll see interactive charts that update in real-time as you explore different time periods and filters.

What you can track

Choose from three key metrics:

  • Revenue: See how much money your booked trips are generating.
  • Trips: Count the number of bookings you've received
  • Travellers: Track how many people are travelling with you

Exploring time periods

Click the period buttons (3M, 6M, YTD, etc.) to quickly jump between different timeframes. For custom analysis, select "Custom" and pick your own start and end dates.

Diving deeper with filters

Click the Advanced Options icon on the top right to unlock powerful filtering capabilities. You can:

  • Choose between travel date or booked date.
  • Filter by specifics: focus on particular brands, companies, continents, countries, currencies, or team members.
  • Group your data by day, week, or month.
  • Compare periods: see how this year compares to last year, or any other timeframe.
  • Choose chart styles: bar charts for comparing periods, line charts for spotting trends.
  • Choose periodic vs. cumulative charts.

Reading your charts

Your charts tell a story. The horizontal axis shows time, while the vertical axis shows your selected metric. Hover over any data point to see exact numbers. When you enable comparisons, you'll see multiple lines or bars showing how different periods stack up.

Making it work for you

Start broad, then narrow down. Pick a time period that makes sense for your business, then use filters to focus on what matters most. Look for patterns - are there seasonal trends? Which team members or regions are performing best?

When things don't look right

If you're not seeing data, check that you have bookings in your selected time period and that your filters aren't too restrictive.

For slow loading, try reducing your time range or limiting comparisons.
