You can automatically cancel a trip that is still in the "Quote" status after a specific period. Once a trip is cancelled, it can no longer be viewed.

Setting an Automatic Trip Quote Cancellation
- Go to Trips
- Select the trip you want to apply the automation to
- Navigate to the "Settings" tab
- Under "Automations", activate the "Cancel quote automatically" option
- Choose the number of days the quote should be active for
- Save the trip
