Enabling Group Booking in Lato

In Lato, you can enable group booking to allow multiple travellers to reserve as a group under a single link or workflow. This feature simplifies booking for large parties, shared itineraries, and coordinated travel plans. In this article, we explain how to turn on group booking, configure its settings, and use it to streamline reservations for your travel groups.

How to Enable Group Bookings for All Your Trips

1. Go to Settings > Trips > General

2. Select the “Group Booking” option

3. Save your changes

How to Enable Group Booking for a Specific Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Select the trip you want to enable the group booking for

3. Go to the “Share” step of that trip

4. Inside the trip’s “Settings” section, check the “Group booking” option

5. Specify the maximum number of travellers who can book your trip, and optionally, the number of travellers who have already booked

6. Save the trip
