Adding Default Documents for a Country

A country is automatically added to your trip when you've planned multiple days in the same destination. The system analyses all your trip days and determines which country you'll be spending the most time in.

As soon as a country is added to your trip, the system automatically includes any default documents you've previously set up for that specific country.

Once You've Set Up Your Default Documents

1. Create your trip with multiple days in the same destination

2. The system automatically detects the country based on your itinerary

3. Default documents are added immediately to your trip

4. You can add, remove, or modify documents at any time

Important Notes

  • Default documents will only be added to newly created trips.
  • Default documents are per user, so each user has their own default documents. Your colleagues' default documents won't be automatically added to trips you create.
