Branding in Lato
Your brand is how travellers recognise you. In Lato, you can add your logo, set your brand colours, choose your background and text colours, pick a font, and include your terms and conditions. If you use our AI features, you can also define an AI brand voice.

Configuring your brand(s)
- Go to your Brand Settings.
- Select an existing brand to edit, or add a new one (you can add up to 5).
- What you can customise:
- Upload your logo.
- Enter your brand name.
- Choose your two primary brand colours.
- Set a background colour and text colour.
- Pick a font.
- Add your details.
- Configure your pricing settings.
- Add your terms and conditions.
- Customise the PDF export of your trips.
- Define an AI brand voice for AI-generated content.
Don't forget to click “Save”.

- Travel app: Logo, brand colours, background and text colours, and font.
- PDF trip downloads: Logo and brand colours.
- Trip emails: Logo and brand colours.
