Set a default status for new trips

Here’s what each trip status means:

  • Quote: Your trip is awaiting approval from your client in the travel app.
  • Approved: Your trip has been approved by your client.
  • Booked: Your trip is officially booked!
  • Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled and is no longer viewable in the travel app.

To set a default status for your trips:

  1. Go to Settings > Trips > General
  2. For the "Trip Status" option, select the status you would like your trips to default to.
  3. Save your changes
