Setting a Default Status for New Trips

Control what travelers see by changing the trip status (e.g. some details can be hidden until the trip is booked).

What Each Trip Status Means

  • Quote: Your trip is awaiting approval from your client in the travel app
  • Approved: Your trip has been approved by your client
  • Booked: Your trip is officially booked 🎉✈️
  • Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled and is no longer viewable in the travel app

How To Set a Default Status for Your Trips

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Trip menu
  3. Locate the General section
  4. On "Trip Status" select the default status for your trips
  5. Save your changes
