Here’s what each trip status means:
- Quote: Your trip is awaiting approval from your client in the travel app.
- Approved: Your trip has been approved by your client.
- Booked: Your trip is officially booked!
- Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled and is no longer viewable in the travel app.
To set a default status for your trips:
- Go to Settings > Trips > General
- For the "Trip Status" option, select the status you would like your trips to default to.
- Save your changes
