Adding a flight using a PNR

A PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a record containing flight details. In Lato, you can import flight information directly by pasting the PNR details.

      Here's how:

  1. Locate the PNR Information from the airline booking or confirmation email. This is not just a simple code, but a detailed set of flight segments and details provided by the airline.
  2. Go to your trip in Lato and navigate to "Flights" in step 1; 'General'.
  3. Click on the "PNR" button.
  4. Paste the Full PNR details into the field. Lato will extract and import the flights into your itinerary.
  5. Click "Parse PNR" to validate the code, then select "Add flights to trip" to import the flights.
