Adding Flights to Your Trip

In Lato, there are three ways to enter your flight information: you can do so manually, by using a PNR, or by searching for your flight using the flight number through the Amadeus database.

Getting Started

Before adding flights, ensure you’ve created your trip and set the start date. Find the “Flights” section in the "Itinerary" tab.

Manual Flight Entry

1. Click “+” in the "Flights" section

2. Enter your flight number (e.g., BA123, LH456)

3. Select departure and arrival airports

4. Set departure and arrival dates/times using the calendar and time pickers

Flight Search Integration

1. Look for “Search flight” at the top of the "Flights" section

2. Enter the flight number

3. Select a departure date

4. Click on "Search" to browse through the Amadeus database

PNR Import

1. Click “PNR” in the "Flights" section

2. Paste your PNR code into the text box

3. Click “Parse PNR” to extract flight details and add the flight to your list

Managing Your Flights

Editing: Click any field in the flight row to modify details

Reordering: Drag and drop flight rows to change order

Removing: Use the bin icon for single flights or “Delete all” for multiple
