B2B - Sharing Your Trip With a Collaborator

In Lato, you can share a trip with a B2B collaborator using a Professional link. Before sharing the trip, you can specify whether the price includes commission and add a supplier note with additional information for the collaborator. This guide explains how to create and share the Professional link with your B2B partner.

How To Share a Trip With a Collaborator

1. Open one of your trips

2. Click on the Share section

3. Go to the “Professional link” box

4. If you’ve set a price for the trip, please choose if it includes commission, or if it does not include commission

   • If you didn’t set a price, you don’t have to use the commission option

   • If you have any extra information for the collaborator, please use the “Supplier note” box

5. After selecting one of the options or changing the supplier note, press “Save” on the upper right corner

6. Copy the link and share it or send a direct email

   • NOTE: The Commission field is mandatory if you’ve set a price. You won’t be able to share the trip if you don’t choose one of the options and save at the end

   • TIP! You can also get a link directly on the Trips menu by clicking on the trip’s three dots and choosing the “Get a professional link” option
