Managing Your Lato Contact Database

In Lato, the contact database acts as your internal CRM where you can store and manage traveller and client profiles, including names, emails, birthdates, and passport details. This guide explains how to add contacts manually, import multiple contacts using a CSV file, add relations between contacts, and update or delete entries so your contact list stays organised and ready to use when building trips and sending communications.
