Saving an Element to Your Library

In Lato, you can save an element to your Element Library so you can reuse it across multiple trips and itineraries. Elements can include accommodations, activities, text fields, images, transportations, and other reusable content. By adding items to your library, you save time and create consistent content without re-entering information for each new trip. This guide walks through how to save an element and where your saved items appear for reuse.

How to Save an Element

1. Open a trip

2. Go to the Itinerary section

3. Open the “Board” or “Day by Day” tab

4. Navigate to an element (activity, accommodation, […])

5. Click on the three dots

6. Choose “Save to library”

7. Include any extra information in the form if necessary

8. Click on “Save to library”
