Price display settings let you control when and how prices appear for a specific trip in Lato. You can choose whether travellers see trip pricing immediately, only after acceptance, or not at all — giving you flexibility in how you present proposals. In this article, you’ll learn where to find these settings and how to configure them step by step.

Manage Price Display Settings for Your Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Open the trip for which you want to manage the price display settings

3. Navigate to the trip’s “Settings” tab

4. In the “Trip settings” find the “Show price” section

5. Select if you want the price shown “Always”, “If quote or approved” or “Never”

6. Save the trip
