In Lato, you can customise PDF download settings for a specific trip so you decide when the itinerary PDF is available and which details appear in the exported file. Controlling these settings helps you share tailored trip PDFs with travellers and keeps itinerary content organised and professional. This article shows where to find and adjust the PDF export options within a trip’s settings.

Manage the Download Settings for the Trip PDF

1. Go to Trips

2. Select the trip for which you want to manage the PDF download settings

3. Navigate to the “Settings” tab of that trip

4. Find the “PDF Export” section

5. Now you can choose:

   • when the PDF is shared

   • what content is shared in that PDF

6. Save the trip
