Using Elements: Accommodations & Activities

In Lato, elements saved in the Library allow you to reuse saved accommodations and activities across multiple trips. This guide explains how to use accommodation and activity elements when building a trip, so you can add trusted content quickly, keep itineraries consistent, and reduce repetitive work when planning travel proposals.

How To use Accommodation & Activity Elements in Your Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Select a trip and open the “Itinerary” section

3. Navigate to the “Board” or “Day by day” tab

4. Add an activity or accommodation by using the ”+” or the element icons at the bottom

5. Start typing the title of your saved element, and a list of matching elements will appear

6. Click on the element you would like to insert

7. Make any changes you need in the element details

8. Save your trip

Note!

The language of the imported element has to be the exact same language as the trip you are importing it to.
