You can download a PDF version of your trip itinerary in the Lato travel app to save, share, or print your travel plans. This article walks you through the simple steps to generate and download the PDF file so you can access your itinerary offline or share it with others.

How to Download the Trip PDF

1. Open the trip proposal

2. In the navigation bar, click on “More”

3. Choose “Download PDF”

Possible Reasons You Might Not Be Able to Download the PDF

• Your travel professional may have restricted your access to downloading the PDF based on the current status of your trip.
