Here’s what each trip status means:
- Quote: Your trip is awaiting approval from your client in the travel app.
- Approved: Your trip has been approved by your client.
- Booked: Your trip is officially booked!
- Cancelled: The trip has been cancelled and is no longer viewable in the travel app.
There are two ways you can update the status of your trip
Inside the list of trips:
- Go to Trips.
- Click on the status of the trip you would like to change.
- Select a new status.
Inside your trip:
- Click on the trip you would like to change the status of.
- Go to the "Share" step.
- Under "Trip settings" you can change the status of your trip.
