Using Elements: Saved Activities

In Lato, elements saved in the Library allow you to reuse saved activities across multiple trips. This guide explains how to use activity elements when building a trip, so you can add trusted content quickly, keep itineraries consistent, and reduce repetitive work when planning travel proposals.

How To use Activity Elements in Your Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Select a trip

3. Open the Itinerary section

4. Navigate to the Board or Day by day tab

5. Add or open an activity

6. Start typing the title of your saved element, and a list of matching elements will appear

7. Click on the element you would like to insert

8. Make any changes you need in the element details

9. Save your trip

Note!

The language of the imported element has to be the exact same language as the trip you are importing it to.
