Using Elements: Saved Transportations
In Lato, transportation elements allow you to save reusable transport options — such as transfers, flights, trains, and car rentals — in your Library so you can quickly add them to trips. This guide explains how to use transportation elements when building a trip, helping you streamline itinerary planning and maintain consistency across multiple travel proposals.
How to Use Saved Transportations in Your Trip

Go to Trips
-
Select a trip

Open the Itinerary section

Navigate to the Board or Day by Day tab

Add a or open a transportation

Start typing the name of your saved element, matching suggestions appear as you type

Click the transport element you would like to insert

Make any changes you need in the element details

Save your trip
Note!
The language of the imported element has to be the exact same language as the trip you are importing it to.
