Using Elements: Saved Transportations

In Lato, transportation elements allow you to save reusable transport options — such as transfers, flights, trains, and car rentals — in your Library so you can quickly add them to trips. This guide explains how to use transportation elements when building a trip, helping you streamline itinerary planning and maintain consistency across multiple travel proposals.

How to Use Saved Transportations in Your Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Select a trip

3. Open the Itinerary section

4. Navigate to the Board or Day by Day tab

5. Add a or open a transportation

6. Start typing the name of your saved element, matching suggestions appear as you type

7. Click the transport element you would like to insert

8. Make any changes you need in the element details

9. Save your trip

Note!

The language of the imported element has to be the exact same language as the trip you are importing it to.
