Using Elements: Saved Text Fields

In Lato, text field elements let you save reusable text snippets — such as descriptions, notes, or standard copy — so you can quickly add them to trips and itineraries without re-typing. This guide explains how to use saved text field elements from your Library when building a trip, helping you speed up travel planning and keep your content consistent across multiple itineraries.

How To Use Saved Text Fields in Your Trip

1. Go to Trips

2. Select a trip

3. Open the Itinerary section

4. Go to the Board or Day by day tab

5. Go to any text field or description with options

6. Click on the three dots to the right

7. Click on Load text

8. Find the text you want to add

9. Click on the ”+” to add that text

10. Save your trip
