Accommodations

• Quote: Multiple hotel options can be added to the proposal, allowing travellers to choose their preference.

• Booked: Displays only the hotel selected by the traveller.

Points of Interest (POIs)

• Quote: POIs can be hidden in the quote version.

• Booked: All configured POIs are displayed, providing travellers with complete details for their trip.

Documents and Files

• Quote: All documents and files can be hidden.

• Booked: All necessary documents are included for the traveller’s use.

PDF Export

• Quote: PDF export can be made unavailable in the quote version.

• Booked: The PDF export contains the finalised itinerary with full trip details for the traveller.

Pricing Information

• Quote: Shows pricing.

• Booked: Pricing information can be hidden in the booked version, as the trip costs have already been confirmed.

Countdown Timer

• Quote: No countdown timer is displayed.
