Adding a contact inside a trip

Lato features its own built-in CRM, allowing users to be added to your trip. This provides you with a clear overview of the travelers involved, while also ensuring they receive trip-related emails.

To add a contact inside a trip:

  1. Go to the general step of your trip.
  2. Navigate yourself to "Travellers".
  3. Start typing the name of your contact and add it to the trip. Want to add a contact that isn't already in Lato? Press "+" to add the contact inside Lato's CRM.
