Generating a Description Using AI

Instead of writing summaries manually, Lato’s AI feature helps you create engaging descriptions for full itineraries, individual days, activities, or client proposals in seconds. This guide explains how to use Lato’s AI description generator, customise the results, and integrate generated content into your trip documents.

How to Use AI to Create Your Description

1. Open a trip

2. Go to the “Itinerary” tab

3. Navigate to the “Day by day” step and choose a day

4. Create or click on an existing POI, Activity, Transportation or Accommodation

5. Go to the “Description” box and write ”+” or highlight part of an existing text

6. Click on “Ask AI anything” and write or pick a prompt for the desired description
