Adding Activities to Your Trip

In Lato, you can add activities to your trip itinerary to include tours, events, experiences, and scheduled activities alongside accommodations and transport. This adds depth to your travel plans and helps you deliver engaging, detailed itineraries to clients. This guide explains how to search for activities, select the best options, and insert them into your trip with ease.

How to Add an Activity to Your Trip

1. Go to your trip

2. Open the Itinerary section

3. Navigate to the Board or Day by Day tab

4. Choose the day you want to add the activity to

5. Click on the ”+” or the Add activity (🏴) icon to add a new activity

How to Import an Activity to Your Trip

1. Go to the Board or Day by Day tab

2. Add or open an Activity

   • Click on the existing accommodation name
   • Select Import on the right side of the name line

3. or click on the three dots to the right of the new Activity

   • Click on Import Activity

4. Choose one of the 3 methods available (URL, File, Text)

5. Click on Import and you’re set

Tips!

• Don’t forget to check if the import went well. 🙂 You can always manually change or add anything you need.
• Activities can be optional. See here how to manage that option.
