Managing Directions on Your Map for a Specific Trip

In Lato, you can manage directions on your map for a specific trip to ensure that travel routes between destinations are accurate and optimised for your itinerary. This includes setting and adjusting the order of stops, refining routing paths between locations, and reviewing navigation details directly on the trip map. In this guide, we’ll explain where to find the map direction options, how to edit routes, and tips for creating logical travel flows between destinations.

How to Adjust the Route on the Map

Change the Transportation Type to “Custom”

1. Go to Trips

2. Select the trip you want to adjust

3. Navigate to the “Itinerary ” menu

4. Open the “Board ” or “Day by day ” tab

5. Choose a day and select or add a transportation

6. Slide the transportation options to the left

7. Choose “Custom ”

8. Save your trip

This will display a straight line on the map from your departure point to your destination

Disable Directions on The Map

1. Go to Trips

2. Select the trip you want to adjust

3. Navigate to the “Settings ” tab

4. Find the “Show directions ” option and choose whether you want to display directions on the map

5. Save your trip
