This allows you to manage personal details, streamline communication, and keep all trip-related information connected in one place. Adding contacts to your trips ensures everyone’s information is properly organised and easily accessible throughout your travel planning process.
Adding an Existing Contact
If the person you want to add is already in your contact database, follow these simple steps:
Open the trip you’re working on
Go to the “Travellers” section on the “General” tab
Click “Search for contacts…” and type the person’s name on the search box
If the contact exists, you can select them from the dropdown list and they will be added to the Travellers list
Creating a New Contact
If you need to add someone who isn’t in your contact database yet, you can create them on the spot:
Open the trip you’re working on
Go to the “Travellers” section on the “General” tab
Click “Search for contacts…” and type the person’s name on the search box
Click “Create & Add person”, or press “+”
Fill in their details
Click “Create & add person” to save the contact and add them to your trip
Contacts Added! What Happens Next?
Once you’ve added contacts to your trip:
They’ll appear in your travellers list
You can view their full contact details by clicking on their name
They’ll be included in any trip communications or documents you generate
Their information will be saved in your contacts database for future trips
