Using Digital Vouchers on Lato

In Lato you can activate digital vouchers that can be used as electronic confirmations for your booked activities and accommodations. They replace paper tickets and can be accessed directly inside the Lato Travel App.

How to Activate a Digital Voucher

1. Open a Trip

2. Go to Itinerary

3. Open the Day-by-Day or Board tab

4. Find the Activity or the Accommodation you want to activate the digital voucher for

5. Open it and go to the Documents section

6. Click on the "Enable digital voucher" toggle to turn it on or off

7. Save your changes

The digital voucher will now be visible for the travellers, according to the selected documents/booking visibility settings.

How to Manage Digital Voucher Display

Choose if vouchers will show up for your travellers before the trip is booked, when it's booked or never.

General Digital Voucher Display Settings

1. Go to the main Settings

2. Open the Trip section

3. Scroll down to the Documents tab

4. Choose when you want the documents/vouchers to be shown

5. Save the changes

1. Open a Trip

2. Go to Settings

3. Scroll down to the Documents section

4. Choose when you want the documents/vouchers to be shown

5. Save the changes

Finding Digital Vouchers in the Lato Travel App

1. Open the Lato Travel App

2. Go to one of the itinerary days

3. Find the activity or accommodation you want

4. Click on the digital voucher icon (🔖) to open it

Note!

Digital vouchers may not be immediately visible depending on the display settings selected by the travel professional.
