Whether you're creating a new trip or duplicating an existing one, you can easily set up multiple language versions.

Creating a New Trip with Multiple Languages

When creating a new trip, you can add additional languages during the trip creation process:

  1. Start creating your trip as usual 

  2. Click the trip language on the left and select a new language to add

  3. Choose your translation method

-Manual: Translate content yourself with full control

-DeepL: Automatically translate your content

4. Add up to 3 languages for your trip (including the original language)

Duplicating an Existing Trip with Multiple Languages

If you have a trip with multiple languages and want to duplicate it, here's how:

  1. Navigate to Trips and find the trip you want to duplicate

  2. Click the three dots menu at the top-right corner of the trip

  3. Select "Duplicate Trip

  4. Set a new start date if needed

  5. Enter a client name

  6. Select which languages to duplicate 

  7. Select which elements to copy 

  8. Click "Duplicate trip

Managing Languages in Your Trip

Once you've created a trip with multiple languages, you can:

  • Switch between languages on the left in the trip editor

  • Edit content in each language independently

  • Add new languages (up to the 3-language limit) 

  • Remove languages using the bin icon that appears in the language switcher

Tips for Multi-Language Trips

  • Use the translation features to quickly translate content between languages

  • Review each language version to ensure accuracy
