One of the four elements in the "Itinerary" > "Day by day" step is "Activities", where you can add all the details for each activity. For example, you can include a morning city tour, an afternoon museum visit, or an evening dinner reservation. You can add multiple activities per day if needed.

Add an Activity to Your Trip

  1. Go to your trip and open the "Itinerary" tab

  2. Navigate to the "Day by Day" step

  3. Choose the day you want to add the activity to

  4. Click on the "Add activity" (🏴) icon to add a new activity

Information to Provide for Your Activity

  • Activity name

  • Description (can be generated with AI)

  • Location

  • Start & end day/time

  • Supplier information

  • Contact information

  • Images

  • Documents

  • Pricing

  • Optional or not

Import an Activity

After adding an activity, you can also easily import the details for it

  1. Click on the three dots on the right side

  2. Select "Import activity"

  3. Choose one of the 3 methods available (URL, File, Text)

  4. Click on "Import" and you're set

Don't forget to check if the import went well. 🙂 You can always manually change or add anything you need.
