In Lato, you can add activities to your trip itinerary to include tours, events, experiences, and scheduled activities alongside accommodations and transport. This adds depth to your travel plans and helps you deliver engaging, detailed itineraries to clients. This guide explains how to search for activities, select the best options, and insert them into your trip with ease.

Add an Activity to Your Trip

  1. Go to your trip and open the "Itinerary" tab

  2. Navigate to the "Day by Day" step

  3. Choose the day you want to add the activity to

  4. Click on the "Add activity" (🏴) icon to add a new activity

Information to Provide for Your Activity

  • Activity name

  • Description (can be generated with AI)

  • Location

  • Start & end day/time

  • Supplier information

  • Contact information

  • Images

  • Documents

  • Pricing

  • Optional or not

Import an Activity

After adding an activity, you can also easily import the details for it

  1. Click on the three dots on the right side

  2. Select "Import activity"

  3. Choose one of the 3 methods available (URL, File, Text)

  4. Click on "Import" and you're set

Don't forget to check if the import went well. 🙂 You can always manually change or add anything you need.
