You can choose whether you want your travellers to see the documents before the trip is booked, once it's booked, or never.

Managing Document Display Settings for a Specific Trip

  1. Go to Trips

  2. Select the trip for which you want to manage the document display settings

  3. Navigate to the trip's "Settings" tab

  4. Scroll down to the "Documents" section

  5. Select if you want the documents to be displayed "Always", "If booked" or "Never"

  6. Save the trip
