In Lato, you can enable Group booking for a specific trip so multiple travellers can reserve together under one shared booking setup. Group booking lets you configure group pricing, participant limits, and custom booking rules for your itinerary. This guide explains where to find group booking settings, how to activate the feature for a trip, and best practices for managing group reservations with your travellers.

Enabling Group Booking for a Specific Trip

  1. Go to Trips

  2. Select the trip you want to enable group booking for

  3. Go to the "Settings" tab

  4. Enable the "Group booking" option

  5. Set the "Max amount of travellers" who can book your trip

  6. Optionally, specify the "Amount of booked travellers"

  7. "Save" the trip on the top right
