In Lato, trip statuses help you understand where a trip is in its lifecycle β from creation to completion. Status labels like Quote, Approved, Booked, and Cancelled affect what actions you can take, who can see the trip, and how it behaves in workflows and sharing. Quote: your trip has yet to be approved by your client inside the travel app π
Approved: your trip has been approved by your client β
Booked: your trip is officially booked! πβοΈ
Cancelled: the trip has been cancelled and can't be viewed anymore in the travel app β

When you open a trip, Lato provides a Settings menu where you can hide certain data inside the travel app depending on the status of the trip.
