In Lato, you can customise the PDF version of your trip to control how your itinerary appears when exported or shared. This includes adjusting layout settings, branding elements (logo, colours), fonts, and which trip components (accommodations, activities, maps, notes) are included. This guide walks through each option so you can create a polished, professional PDF itinerary that matches your style and your clients’ needs.

How to Customise the Content of All Trip PDFs

  1. Go to Brand Settings > PDF Settings

  2. Select one of the presets: Full ReportEssential, or Itinerary

  3. Fine-tune by (un)ticking items

  4. Decide whether you want to show a QR code (Intro), activity bullets (Overview), images (Detailed Itinerary) and whether you want to start each trip day on a new page (Detailed Itinerary).

  5. Reorder items by dragging them up or down

  6. Click “Reset to Default” to reset the selection and order back to the chosen preset’s original layout

How to Customise the Content for the PDF of a Specific Trip

  1. Go to Trips and select the trip for which you want to customise the PDF

  2. Go to Settings > “PDF Export”

  3. Select one of the presets: Full ReportEssential, or Itinerary
