In Lato, Points of Interest (POIs) help travellers discover key locations — such as attractions, restaurants, viewpoints, and activities — directly on the trip map. If POIs aren’t displaying as expected, this guide explains common causes and step-by-step solutions to fix POI display issues so that POIs appear correctly for both planners and travellers.

How To Change the Display Settings

  1. Go to the general Settings menu

  2. Open the Trip tab

  3. Find the Map section

  4. Here you can indicate whether you want to show the POIs always, only when the trip is booked or never

  5. You can also manage the POI visualisation range

  6. Save the trip settings
