If points of interest (POIs) are not displaying correctly in your itinerary within the Lato travel app, you can follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve common POI display issues.

How To Change the Display Settings

  1. Go to the general Settings menu

  2. Open the Trip tab

  3. Find the Map section

  4. Here you can indicate whether you want to show the POIs always, only when the trip is booked or never

  5. You can also manage the POI visualisation range

  6. Save the trip settings
