  1. Trips

  2. Contacts

  3. Accommodations in the Library

  4. Activities in the Library

How to Add an Internal Note

  1. Open the relevant record (e.g., the contact person or the item you’re working on)

  2. Find the Internal notes / Notes area

  3. Select "Add note"

  4. Write your note

  5. Save
