How to Access the Documents
Open the trip Preview
In the navigation bar, click on "More"
Choose "Documents"
Select the document you would like to access
Possible Causes for not Being Able to Access Your Documents
Your travel professional has not added any documents to your trip.
Your travel professional has restricted your access to viewing documents based on the current status of your trip.

At the top of the documents list, you have buttons to separate the documents by category.
