Manage the Download Settings for the Trip PDF

  1. Go to Trips

  2. Open the trip for which you want to manage the PDF download settings

  3. Navigate to the "Settings" tab

  4. Scroll down to the "PDF Export" section

  5. Choose if users can download the PDF "Always", "If booked" or "Never"

  6. Save the trip
