In Lato, you can duplicate a trip to create an exact copy of an existing itinerary — including dates, elements, and content — so you don’t have to build a similar trip from scratch. This feature is useful when you want to reuse trip components, adjust details for a new client, or speed up planning for recurring routes. In this guide, we’ll show you how to duplicate a trip and where to find the duplicated version within your dashboard.

How Can I Duplicate a Trip?

  1. Go to Trips

  2. Select the trip you want to duplicate

  3. Click on the three dots on your trip

  4. Choose "Duplicate trip..." from the dropdown menu

  5. Fill in the information for the new trip

  6. Select the items you want to duplicate

  7. Click on "Duplicate trip"
