In Lato, you can configure a trip so that its quote is automatically cancelled if it stays in Quote status beyond a selected number of days. This lets you keep your trip list clean and prevents outdated proposals from lingering. Use this setting when you want Lato to automatically handle tentative trip quotes without manual cancellation.

Setting an Automatic Trip Quote Cancellation

  1. Go to Trips 

  2. Select the trip you want to apply the automation to

  3. Navigate to the "Settings" tab

  4. Under "Automations", activate the "Cancel quote automatically" option

  5. Choose the number of days the quote should be active for

  6. Save the trip
